Maintenance Fee
As of January 1, 2026, the maintenance fee for Palm Greens Condo 1 is $580.00 monthly. Payments are due on the 1st of every month. If payment is not received by the 10th, a $25.00 late fee will be applied to your account.
Payments can be made via auto pay, check, or credit card.

Auto Pay
Auto Pay is the easiest way to pay your monthly maintenance fee. With Auto Pay, there is no need to write a check every month and no worries about your check getting lost in the mail or arriving late.
Your monthly maintenance fee will be electronically withdrawn from your account by Alliance Bank every month on the day you select. If the monthly maintenance fee changes with the new year, the amount will be automatically updated and the bank will send an email to notify you.
To enroll in Auto Pay, visit https://autopay.castlegroup.com. You will need to enter your last name and account number. If you don’t know your account number, please contact the office at (561) 498-1330.
Once you enter the information above, you will be redirected to the Alliance Bank website, where you will need to create an account.
Dashboard: This is where you’ll be able to modify payment methods and dates. Please keep in mind that payments must be received no later than the 10th of the month. If you need further assistance, contact the Condo 1 Office at (561) 498-1330.

Trash & Recycle

Trash
Trash collection days are Wednesdays and Saturdays of every week. Trash containers can be rolled out to the end of your walkway or parking spot the night before pick up day after 5pm. Bulk items will be picked up on Saturdays.
Recycle
Recycle day is Wednesday of every week. Place your blue and yellow recycle bins by your Trash container. Each bin lists what is accepted for recycling.
Trash containers and recycle bins must be stored Wednesday and Saturday evenings of pickup day. Trash containers may be stored on the side of buildings away from windows and recycle bins must be stored hidden from view. Unit owners and residents are not permitted to deposit trash in any dumpster found in the Palm Greens Community.
