Certificate of Insurance Application

There is no fee to the homeowner for this request, but if needed for a sale, the Closing Agent needs to request this and there is a $30 fee to the Closing Agent.

Tenant Evaluation Application

All prospective buyers, lessees, and occupants must apply online via Tenantev.com and be approved by the Board of Directors.

Application for Unit Addition

The Architectural Modification Form (ARC Form) is required for any proposed modifications, additions, or alterations to a unit.

Estoppel Request

To request an Estoppel and/or Questionnaire, visit Castlegroup.com. Select the FL Resale Documents tab and you will be redirected to the Resale and Lender Documents page. Payments are made online by e-check (ACH) or credit card.
